This is definitely the most high-quality Sonic items I own, it is very well made and looks perfect. A couple of features I found disappointing were: Sometimes he does not stay standing as his head is quite heavy, he needs to be balanced against something, have his head turned to the side or have his legs spread out a fair bit for him to stay standing. The second thing was a architect disappointment really. Some of the white does not match, it looks a bit greyish or yellowish at some points, no biggy but I thought I'd mention.
It is very well made and positions well and I am extreamly impressed with this figure, if you get a chance to get it, get it, as it may be rare in the future!

Nice quality "Modern" Sonic figure wonderfully displayed in a card and plastic box. A must have for any collector of Sonic merchandise.

Serious collectors may like to know that Sonic is easily removed from the box without causing damage to the packaging. Good news if you want to remove the figure, but keep the packaging intact. Good luck getting all the ties back in place though! Without the ties, he still sits nicely in the box, supported by a shaped plastic insert.

Collectors who like to display their figures outside of the box should be aware that this figure is a little top heavy. He can stand freely, if posed carefully, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I don't recommend this as a child's toy. It's great as a collector's item, but this Sonic figure has slim limbs with delicate joints that may not stand up to being pulled about by a child. (Posted on 09/01/2012)
