This is a nice quality leather wallet, and overall I am very pleased with it. I've been trying to find a good wallet with space for loose change, but as a Sonic fan I've had my eye on this one for a while. I had to look on other sites for more details, but eventually learned that it does have a coin holder. A better detailed description and photos of the inside of the wallet here would be helpful.

As I said, it does have space for holding loose change. However, while the small space provided for coins holds a surprising amount for it's size it's not a good idea to fill it up. Too many coins, and the wallet's snappers cannot be fastened.

As for cards, I was able to fit four in. The wallet also comes with an extra insert for holding more cards, but I found this to be unhelpful. As with the coins, insert too many cards and the wallet will not close. I filled the card space inside the wallet, and two more in the insert (it can hold up to four cards), and this was too much for it.

The snap fastenings hold securely. Just make sure they have fastened properly. I find they need pressing firmly together to snap shut.

Design wise, it's a smart looking wallet with a nice, bold Sonic design, outline with neat black stitching. Looks pretty good. :)

I would recommend this to any Sonic fan, although if you tend to carry a lot of loose change and cards around you may want to consider something else. Or get a backup wallet if you just have to have this one!

Overall, a good quality item, with a few shortcomings that may not make it suitable for everyone, Sonic fan or not. (Posted on 09/01/2012)
